KN Hotel Arenas del Mar is a 4star Adults Only hotel in El Médano, located in the south of the island of Tenerife, just 10 minutes from the Reina Sofía south airport. It is a quiet area with a relaxed, warm and romantic atmosphere.

The hotel has everything that we need - photo locations within a short distance,  a restaurant, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a Spa, and a bar :)

Each team will shoot each day with three models in different locations

Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.

Photographers have a great opportunity to extend their stay in Tenerife and plan a private photo shoot with the event models in their own direction ( in places already visited, or in their room, or we can recommend completely new locations according to their preferences).

In case of interest in extending the stay at the KN Arenas Hotel, we offer the mediation.

Individual sessions, half-day or full-day photo trips can be booked in advance or during the event, the conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We only ensure the coordination and contact of the photographer with the model(s).

A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoot and the availability of the models will be continuously updated.

As part of private sessions, we are happy to help with transport to shorter distances from our hotel.

Price and Conditions

What is included:

- 4 nights accommodation (5-9th February ) 

   single room occupancy with ALL INCLUSIVE

- transfer to the shooting locations 

- in total 14 hours of the shooting time with 9 models in the shooting group 2:1

- wise and creative support

- non commercial model release

What is not included:

- flight to Tenerife 

- the transfer airport - hotel ( 10min. from airport south / cost of taxi is cca 15e )

- insurance

- models fee for your private sessions

- accommodation on February 9th ( private sessions day ) 

Price 2.490 euro per person

Upgrade for the group 1:1  -   discount 20% for the second seat 

Price for the photographer's guest -  300 euro 

- the price includes the upgrade for the double occupancy with all inclusive

- photographing models during the event sessions is not allowed for guests

- we can not guarantee that guests can follow photographers to the shooting locations - limited number of seats in cars. 

Payment terms

deposit of 50% has to be paid upon the registration

balance has to be paid before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable

( if there is a backup for the canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of the possible replacement )

b) from the side of the organizer - 100% of the paid deposit will be returned 

c) in case of an unexpected situation (war, epidemy, earthquake, etc.)  the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or can be used as a voucher for any other event.
