PHOTOSHOOT / LOCATION

Two full days of photo shooting in the middle of Alsace countryside. 

.. we discovered this beautiful, elegant castle many years ago when it was still a desolate empty place waiting to be reborn. And it's wonderful to see it alive! :)

Shooting ratio will be 2  photographers per one model (possibility to upgrade to 1:1) 

Groups will be paired based on photographer' s preference, language and style of photography. 

Eight sessions in total / 60 min each 

Private sessions in the castle are possible on Saturday and Sunday after the regular shooting time.

FRIDAY 25th

- Check in the hotel Munchs posible from 15:00

- We can arrange the transport from Colmar trainstation and Basel airport for photographers arriving by plane or train. The meeting will be set in regards of arrivals of all participants requesting transport (  17:30 at the latest )

Arrangement of private sessions will be possible in the surrounding nature or in your hotel room according to the arrival time of the models.

We mainly shoot on natural light, however photographers are free to bring their own lightning equipment if they prefer.

CONDITIONS

In the event price is included:

- 2 nights accomodation in hotel Munsch ( single use ) with breakfast and dinner

- 2x lunch at locations, warm / cold drinks, snacks

- transport from/to Basel airport or Colmar trainstation to the hotel and location ( in case of need ) 

- castle location for  possible private sessions and the private sessions coordination

- non commercial model release

In the event price is not included:

- insurance

- model fee for your private sessions 

- additional drinks and food in the hotel

1.990euro per person

( for 1:1 upgrade - 15% discount from the event price for the second ticket )

Price for the photographer' s  guest  150e 

- Includes upgrade to the double room with breakfast and dinner + 2x lunch at the castle

The guest is not allowed to take pictures of models, 

Payment terms

deposit 50% has to be paid upon the registration

balance has to be paid before the event starts

Terms of cancellation

a) from the participant´s side - the deposit is not refundable

( in case there is back up for canceled spot - the deposit will be refunded according to the condition of possible replacement )

b) from the side of organizer - 100% of paid deposit will be returned

c) in case of an unexpected situation ( epidemy, earthquake, etc.) the event will be postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date or another event
