- Check-in to the Hotel Cacharel possible from 15:00

- Possibility of private sessions with models right from the morning

- Meeting time for photographers requesting the transportation from Montpellier will be set accoring to their arrival, but not later than 17:00

- Dinner 20:00 ( delicious french cuisine )

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private photo shoots are only for photographers who are members of the event.

Photographers have a great opportunity to extend their stay in hotel Cacharel already from June 4th and plan a private photo shoot with the event models during the all day on June 5th (all models arrive on 4th). 

In case of interest in extending the stay in hotel Cacharel, we offer the mediation. 

Individual sessions, half-day or full-day photo trip on June 5th needs be booked in advance. Private sessions on 6th and 7th (siesta time)  can be booked in advance or during the event. The conditions of private sessions must be discussed and agreed directly with the model(s). We only ensure the coordination and contact of the photographer with the model(s).

A Whatsapp group will be created for the participants of the event, where the status of the private photo shoot and the availability of the models will be continuously updated.

As part of private sessions, we are happy to help with transport to shorter distances from our hotel.
